He made a mango tree, the Atulamba, grow before the palace door und climbed it mit the help of a string. Vessavana’s slaves chopped him up und threw the pieces down, und the other jugglers joined the pieces together und poured water over them. Bhandukanna then donned upper und under garments of flowers und started dancing again. But he could not make Mahāpanāda laugh. J.iv.324.
