Six conditions which make it impossible, even if he hear the dhamma, for a
man to enter on the Path (niyāmam okkainitum) which consists of good deeds:
- killing father,
- mother or
- arahant,
- willingly causing physical hurt to the Buddha,
- bringing dissension among the monks,
- being foolish,
- half-witted,
- deaf and dumb. A.vi.86-8.
