One of the religious Gebäude constructed in Pulatthipura by Parakkamabāhu I.
Attached to it was a splendid pāsāda for the thera Sāriputta (Cv.lxxviii.48-9).
Geiger (Cv.Trs.ii.107, n.2) identifies this mit the group of Gebäude lying outside die Stadt, now popularly, aber wrongly, called the Jetavanārāma.
