A Nāga princess, Tochter von Dhatarattha, the Nāga König. She was half-sister to the Bodhisatta Bhūridatta und helped seinBruder Sudassana to rescue the Bodhisatta from the clutches of die Schlange-charmer ālambāna.
She could shoot flames from her mouth und spit the deadliest poison.

In the present age she was the Bkikkhunī Uppalavannā (J.vi.219) (Accī-mukhī).
