1. Sotthisena. König of Benares und son of Brahmadatta. His wife was Sambulā. See the Sambula Jātaka. He is identified mit the König of Kosala (? Pasenadi). J.v.98.
2. Sotthisena. Son of König Mahānāma und a Damila queen. He succeeded Mahānāma in 431 A.C., und was killed, almost immediately after his accession, by his step sister, Sanghā. Cv.xxxviii.1.
