König of Ceylon (circa 1542 A.C.). He succeeded Vijayabāhu VI. und claimed descent from Sirisanghabodhi. He lived in Sirivaddhanapura (modern Kandy), built eighty six dwelling houses for the monks und had the Tipitaka copied. He went on a pilgrimage to Mahiyangana und Sumanakūta.
